Be part of the very first Fan Fest, happening Saturday, November 14, 2026 at ABU Games in Boise, Idaho!

Fan Fest is bringing together collectibles, local businesses, creators, artists, wrestling, entertainment and more for a full day built around the communities that make our local scene special.

Vendor Registration

Standard Vendor Registration — $100

Reserve your vendor space for Fan Fest 2026.

Priority Vendor Placement — $125

Includes your vendor registration plus placement in our Priority Vendor Area near the main entrance, giving your business increased visibility as guests enter Fan Fest.

Only 12 Priority Vendor Placements are initially available.

Priority placement refers to the designated priority area. Exact table locations will be assigned by Fan Fest organizers based on the final event layout.

Initial Vendor Capacity

Fan Fest will initially open registration for 30 vendor tables.

Once the initial spaces are filled, registration will close. If additional vendor space becomes available, additional openings may be announced at a later date.

We Want to Promote You, Too!

Fan Fest isn't just about giving you a table. We want people to know who you are and why they should come see you.

As part of registration, vendors will be asked to provide information that may be used in Fan Fest promotional materials, including:

• Business or vendor name
• Tagline or slogan
• Short description of your business
• Social media information
• Website, if applicable
• Business logo or promotional image

Our goal is to begin highlighting participating vendors leading up to Fan Fest and help introduce attendees to the businesses, creators and organizations they'll be able to meet on November 14.

Vendor Cancellation & Refund Policy

Vendor registrations are non-refundable. By purchasing a vendor space, you are reserving space specifically for your business at Fan Fest 2026.

Vendor cancellations, scheduling conflicts, changes in plans, inability to attend, or failure to attend do not qualify for a refund.

At the discretion of MOPN Fan Fest organizers, a vendor who is unable to attend may be permitted to transfer the value of their registration to a future eligible MOPN event or alternate event date. Any transfer or event credit is offered on a case-by-case basis, is subject to availability, and is not guaranteed.

Vendor registrations may not be sold, transferred, reassigned, or otherwise provided to another vendor without prior approval from MOPN Fan Fest organizers.

Event Rescheduling or Cancellation

If Fan Fest 2026 is rescheduled by the organizers, vendor registrations will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event date.

If a registered vendor is unable to participate on the rescheduled date, MOPN Fan Fest organizers may offer an alternate event credit or another reasonable resolution based on the circumstances.

If Fan Fest 2026 is cancelled by the organizers and is not rescheduled, registered vendors will receive a refund of their vendor registration fee.

Event & Vendor Placement

MOPN Fan Fest reserves the right to make reasonable changes to vendor placement, event layout, schedules, programming, attractions and other event logistics when necessary for the operation, safety or success of the event.

Priority Vendor Placement guarantees placement within the designated Priority Vendor Area, but does not guarantee a specific table or exact location within that area.

Additional vendor information and event requirements will be provided following registration.

A complete Fan Fest Vendor Agreement will also be provided to participating vendors.
